So what say you? There's been a major regime change both in the front office and behind the bench, but because of the supreme mess Chiarelli left things, the Oilers were really only able to make cursory changes. So will it be enough? My take: McDavid will tolerate one more bad season, but if it drags on beyond that with no discernible change, I think he bails.

With Holland in the fold, I say he has one season to right the ship, but probably two before a trade request happens. McD will probably give Holland another offseason to add good players and remove mistakes by the previous regime. But after that the team has to be better.
