Three years for Boucher. Did the Sens bring in a humbled Crawford for his expertise, or did they bring in their next coach should Boucher falter?

Boucher had some insightful things to say about building around Karlsson's skills. Listen to guys like him and Cooper, then compare them to some of the old goons (like Therrien) who can barely string two words together.

Great hire for the Sens. They could use some structure to go along with their talented forward corps.
