Don't know much about him. A one-year, 3M deal for the 6'2, 187 lbs 32-year-old. A bit like Markov, he started out as a centre but moved to D at 21.

How many guys come over for the first time at 32?

Seems like a steady blueliner, but it's a tough jump to make at his age.

Even Streit was 27 when he came over, and at least had some prior AHL experience. Emelin was 25.

Sekeras I think was about that age (just checked, was 31 turning 32 in Nov). Used to happen with expansion.

Obviously these KHL vets are trying to make as much money as they can now that things have gone to shit there.
