Freaking John LeClair

Post by scratchham »

We all have our franchise killers, but this is just ridiculous how much of a killer LeClair was to the team that brought him into the NHL, and won a Cup with, before trading him just before he broke out:

http://www.hockey-reference.com/players ... 01/splits/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Scroll down to the function where it shows how he performed against each club in the NHL. Montreal is the team with the most points against at 52. In 38 games. He played more games against 11 different teams than the Habs and the Habs were still the team he feasted more against than anyone else.
Injustice? Cobain died and Eddy Fucking Vedder lived to haunt us with his shitty fucking voice, trite lyrics and his Eddy Vedderness.

A guy from Northern VT with a French name. Dude's practically local. Just another bit of salt in the wound that never seems to heal.

Man, he still managed 22 goals his first season in Pittsburgh? I don't recall that at all.
