It would be a shame for him to leave the board the season the Leafs go all the way.

Sorry gents ~ I'm here!

I have a lot of ... stuff to sort through getting this set-up w/ keepers, draft positioning, etc.

How do the following dates sound in terms of drafting

Tuesday, October 7th @ 08:30pm Eastern time? (Eve of the season -- scoring likely to commence the following evening)
Thursday, October 2nd @ 08:30pm
Sunday, September 28th ?

Those all work for me

October 7th please. 2nd choice would be 9/28. I can't do 10/2.

Just saw on the league site it is 10/5, that works for me too.

How do keepers work again? eg: (1) how many and (2) can I see what each keeper will cost me in terms of draft pick somewhere?

The Pylons manager is quitting, but my other buddy is good to take over the team.

Actually he was in the pool at one time as NF Flyers.

This is a pain in the ass! :chris18: So we have to determine keeper compensation (for instance, I can't keep Johnathan Bernier with a 23rd round pick each season)

In baseball, which we have a 25 round draft, compensation goes up 5 rounds per year. As we have a 23 round draft, I proposed compensation go up 4 rounds per year.

Obviously, it's those late picks and free agent pickups that can turn into gems.

So now I'm wondering if we should raise only 3 draft positions for 2nd year keepers instead of 4.

I don't want to relinquish a lot to keep Bernier.

What do you guys think?

I'll make this work one way or another.

Don't forget, standard (non-snaking) draft on OCT 7th
