You know, it was still on Page 1.

I suppose this page should either be linked to my Google Docs page or I should update it. Anyways, here's the depth chart I did at EOTP recently:

http://www.habseyesontheprize.com/2012/ ... dline-2012

Since that time, Holland has signed and so has Morgan Ellis. Both are legit top end junior players this year, Holland is in the top 10 in scoring in the WHL and Ellis is one of the Q's top D. Both play on Memorial Cup contenders, too.

The Habs have five excellent prospects that will graduate from major junior to pro this summer. Only Beaulieu doesn't have a contract yet, but he technically could be sent back to Saint John next year though that'd be incredibly pointless for his development. Michael Bournival, now teammates with Ellis, will be in the Memorial Cup with the host team while Beaulieu is on the favourite to represent the Q as the league champion in Saint John.

Brendan Gallagher's Vancouver Giants team are in the playoffs but not likely to go very deep. There's an outside chance they'll be knocked out in the first round in time for him to play a couple of games in the NHL, but more likely the AHL to end his year. If they win their first round matchup he won't play any pro games since both Montreal and Hamilton aren't making the playoffs.

If the Habs draft high enough to pick up one of the Russian forwards, the team could have six high end major junior players turn pro next year. The one I haven't mentioned so far is Jarred Tinordi, who is captain of the OHL's top team, the London Knights.

They should trade Subban to the Isles for Visnovsky. :D

No surprise, the Flyers asked the Habs about Subban's availability.

Briere and a 2nd. Done. :effort:

Definitely didn't expect Prust to be playing this role. I likes it a lot.

Ryan White needs to move to Weyburn so the 4th line can be all saskhabs.

Habs up their saskhab quotient by acquiring Dustin Tokarski for Cedric Desjardins in a swap of 3rd stringers. Desjardins has been terrible this year, Tokarski is four years younger. Some backup upside potential, we'll see if he's in the conversation for replacing Budaj I suppose but I assume Habs will have to get a different 2nd goalie come summer.

Habs sign 2012 draft pick Tim Bozon to a 3-year ELC, only months after the Large Hadron Collider confirms his existence.

No words can really describe Therrien's love of bad D:

http://i.imgur.com/Dm1lcG1.png

As noted by Andrew Berkshire, Therrien also played Robidas on his wrong side when he was first coach of the Canadiens. Robidas finished the year -25 and was lost to the waiver draft, and has gone on to be an All-Star defenseman.

Plekanec is out for personal reasons for the Florida trip. PARROS ATTACK! We're down to 12 forwards total, and I doubt they want to burn a callup if Plex is just gone for a weekend.

Also, EGG line reunite?
