All aboard the C-Bus!

Post by E.L. »

Currently in 8th, up 3 points on the Wings, albeit their chaser has a pair of games in hand.

7-3 in their last ten.

After years of bad luck/development, they may have stumbled upon a defensive rock in Dalton Prout. Tyutin's underrated as fuck. JJ plays...umm...a lot!

C'mon, hard luck franchise, a first round drubbing at the hands of the Hawks awaits!

I don't think they can hang with the Hawks but if they squeak into 7th I would not bet money on the Ducks.

Go Rangers-West.
Posting your political views on social media is like sticking your head up your ass & whispering: You're just as likely to change someone's mind, and you'll always come out looking like a shithead.

Oh well, it was a good run, and they should be able to build off of this.

Oops...guess it was my team that fucked it up for them. No wonder they're getting so much Twitter hate. Our bad.

If by 'build on this' you mean escape to a division where they'd probably have finished 2nd in if they played in it this year than yes, they should.

Glad to see Johansen take a big step forward for them.

Everything helps.

Of course the Avs will be the new Blue Jackets next season division-wise.

Huh...the Jax' biggest problem this offseason is determining just how much of a raise Sergei Bobrovsky is gonna get. It's a good problem to have compared to the ones of seasons past.

Calvert and Atkinson get extensions. Gaborik gets offseason surgery. Boone Jenner is killing it in Springfield. Ryan Murray is set to help out a blueline that already looks halfway decent. AND...the team has three first-round picks to play with. None are especially high, but this is reportedly a pretty deep draft. Wouldn't be surprised if Jarmo flips one for some help, but I'm betting he uses them.

So, does Kekalainen use the compliance buyout on Wisniewski? I don't see many teams waiting to snatch that contract up. Not even Philly. It's not like they're hurting for cap space, but Wiz just isn't worth that kind of money.

C-bus can't really afford to just spend all that money on Wiz not playing, though. And other than Bob, there are no long term commitments upcoming that such a deal would get in the way of.

Andy Mac would be a nice add here, wouldn't he? I'm sure Jarmo and him are at least a bit familiar from St. Lou. Vinny is getting a bit old.

Can't wait to see Gabby torch the Rangers next year.

Apparently I underestimated the impact Horton's Jackets debut would have.
