Kinda sad that Miller, by all accounts a great young two-way player, was sent down merely for salary cap reasons.
What's worse is he'll have some extra pressure on him from fans since they moved other players to bring him in. Not that either have been overly impressive so far.

The Rags were awful to start the 11/12 season as well. That was when they went to Europe and got to play two games classified as road games (everyone else lost at least one home game, Rangers still got 41 in Manhattan because this is how the NHL works), and made the playoffs comfortably and went to Round 3.
But Isles & Devils fans are whiners for pointing out that the Rangers are considered the away team for both of this year's Yankee Stadium games...
I think anyone counting them out already is kidding themselves. They have too good of a team to not make the playoffs. That said, I hope like hell they have a horrible season & Lundqvist walks.
That's the main reason I think Sather may be pushing the panic button. Lundqvist is not going to like his numbers looking shitty any more than he's going to appreciate playing on a shitty team. He's the one who said a few years ago that his window to win a Cup was closing. He can't be happy.
