I think he’s washed, but maybe he’s always coasted but was just so good at getting in lanes.

Too bad Ryan Johansen is "retired" now, he'd be the captain!

I dunno...at times that's definitely Nichushkin, but then he has games where he's all over the ice and bulldozing his way around.

He's out long-term which as Avs fans know is just a recipe for disaster.

That Avs 2016-17 team that tanked so hard they set a modern-day NHL record had not one, but two big, soft floaters (sounds like I'm describing a turd, which isn't too far off). Why in the world Joe Sakic thought it was a good idea to go and get Sasky's favorite player in Joe Colborne when they already had Mikhail Grigorenko is beyond me. One guy never played in the NHL ever again, the other made a very meh comeback and then went back to Russia.
