Panthers are in the SC Finals again and their AHL affiliate, the Charlotte Checkers, are in the Calder Cup finals. Might be time to change this thread title as it looks like they could be very good for a while.

They did starting this year, so if they do indeed go after a big fish like Crosby, it means Barkov is done for the entirety of this season and postseason. If there's a chance he returns at any point before October of 2026, then they won't be able to do that.

It appears the Battles for Ontario are nothing compared to the Battles for the Sunshine state, wish I would have watched that last game. Ill be sure to make it a point to watch those games this season!

Took some time off from the team due to what was called a death in the family. It turns out his good friend in Nova Scotia just lost his daughter, and Marchand's going to coach the guy's U18 hockey team in his absence.

The bad news: The Florida Panthers are last place in the East.

The good news: They're only two points out of a playoff spot.

That's right, the Eastern Conference is one big, homogenous blob of teams. Habs, Pens, Wings, and Devils are leading the way but not by much. Everyone else is at or barely above .500.
