Byfield Up!

Post by harmfuljays »

Finally......my hockey sense started tingling last night as I've been following his recovery progress and I added him to my flagging fantasy team!

Today's reward was:

Let's see what you got Quinton!

Stutzle hasn't exactly been lighting the league on fire so that's quieted some concerned Kings fans who thought he should've been picked.

The Kings need a win here though. Between Vilardi (11th overall) and Turcotte (5th overall) Los Angeles are still struggling to fill slots in at center in the pros. If Byfield ain't The Guy, then this rebuild is pretty much a failure.

Finally plays his first NHL game this season against the Avs. Was on the 2nd line with Dustin Brown and had 3 SOGs logging 15 minutes of TOI. Made some great moves to the net....looked a little stationary and easy to cover on the PP but easy to fix. Big frame, long explosive strides, this young man is going to be a star....stand by!

He was probably their best player last night. I noticed him a lot. I honestly had forgotten that Phil Danault plays for the Kings now until they mentioned his name in the final minute or so.
