Some personal connections to this awesome show: my wife has worked with Jacob Tierney (co-creator, Pastor Glen) and James Patrick Daly (the blonde gay gym guy). I also know the guy who picks the music, who's a longtime music journalist in Canada. I actually picked his brain about wedding dance songs and he suggested the one we ended up using. Was hoping to see Wayne and his lady do their first dance to this one:

Small-town, it's funny. Anam did her Drama degree at Queens with Emma Hunter, who played the matchmaker in a couple of episodes pregnant with twins and who is s host on The Beaverton.

That dude does a great job with the music.

New season was great, probably one of the best. Especially the last episode. Not enough Tanis this season, though.

I showed season 1 to my daughter. She spread it throughout the area around my town to her relatives, friends and co-workers. I had to teach her about using a VPN during the first couple of seasons. The show is now required viewing in the age groups of 20 to 39 in the area that I live. She hosts Thanksgiving Dinner (US) every year and invites a horde. She makes sure that anyone without a place to go has a welcome at her house. Anyway, a bunch of her friends were present and LetterKenny was on the television. She has seasons 1 through 7 on Blue Ray. The question came up as to how she found out about LetterKenny. She told them that I was the ultimate source. I explained that I found out about it here. I have no idea how far, or wide, it has spread but I was told that night that it that they had told friends around the world about it.

Good job spreading it far and wide Skip!

Season 8 episode 2 the Senior Hockey Men's League Championship might be my favorite episode so far.

Big props to the Ladies and Gents at TSN for participating and not being overly sensitive knobs like Sportsnet.

Damn, I love this show!

Just finished season 10...Probably my favorite episode was Prostate....and really only because I enjoyed the Mitt skit.

This one is running out of steam folks. I guess there is only so much to do in rural Canada...

Ok boys.....Its Christmas which means another season of LetterKenny dropped. This show has just about run its course. Now the periods of funny are only once every 2 or 3 shows and never more than 2 minutes each. Season 11 was even softer than 10.

Of course I also love Dill Pickle chips and I will watch as long as they make it.

Hopefully we'll see some more Shoresy.

Between you and me, they're ending the show after the next season.

I watched the potato chip episode and loved it, but a bad sign I didn't keep going. Also love Shoresy, it's got the bite the early LK episodes had.

I think they could do more with this if they wanted. Hell, The f'n Beachcombers were on for almost 20 years.

You know about the Beachcombers. Sometimes the American contingent here stuns me with their knowledge of Canadian minutiae. Local music critic Tom Harrioson passed a few days ago. He had his own band called the "Bruno Gerussi's Medallion"

Eh....Shoresy is running its course this season too. Too bad Reservation Dogs is over. On a side not more of the French announcers can never go wrong.

I can't see Shoresy season 2 for another few weeks. Almost done with Letterkenny. I'll be bummed to finish it, even if there is more coming.
