And this is why we had a lockout? Really just way too many nominee's but it's a start.

I don't get it...I just. Don't. Get it. Can you IMAGINE what this would've been like had the cap not been going down!?!?

I have to look at the different deals again to see which contract is worst, but I think as a whole that Toronto fucked up big time. Re-signed Bozak all for the sake of making Kessel happy, and Clarkson won't even live up to the first year of that deal.

I allowed you two choices for a reason.

The problem and it's not really a problem is that the league revenues are increasing, add to that how much was cut from the teams through the buyouts and there are is a lot of money out there to be spent.

Location: Too deep in crease.
Clarkson and Horton for me. Clarkson hasn't been producing long enough for that term and Horton's health is far too sketchy for his deal length.

Don't get the hate for Bozak, true he is not the ideal 1st line guy, but given what was available and he still came cheaper than all those options the Leafs may as well keep with what you know. Given Kessel's production Bozak clearly can't be holding him back too much playing with him and you just don't know if a Weiss of Filppula are going to come in and A. be better than they where last season and B. work well with Kessel. Just please Leafs give Kadri more PP time over Bozak this year.

Seriously...I really want to know. Why did we have two lockouts again?
