You do realize he's a slow starter, right? Gionta just ain't cashing the opportunities right now... his shooting percentage is something like 2%. If Gionta is shooting 10% as per usual, Gomez would be looking pretty good.

Oh I know, but this ain't a slow start, it's not a start at all. I don't have the patience to wait for shit-for-brains Gomez to figure it out. I should've known better than to draft him, he's one supremely frustrating player.

Of course Antoine Vermette ain't doing a lot for me either.

I move for a new slot in addition to the IR next year, the DH (Doghouse) slot. There you can put a shitty player and add another one as if he were injured.

Halak and Price have been saving my bacon in the league thus far. Fleury on the other hand can eat a dick.

I thought this was a waiver thread for some reason and was in disbelief that someone would claim him. The fact that this is in a fantasy forum makes it even funnier.

Yeah that would be me,One of the places I am incredibly weak at is pim,I thought theo would bolster that a bit and I do believe that at +4 on a really bad team that he probably won't hurt me too bad, besides, when Latendresse comes back I won't feel too bad about dropping him

Well, either me and every analyst on NHL On the Fly was wrong about him jumping off the bench to go after Avery or the NHL has completely and utterly and conveniently forgotten every fucking rule in their own books when it comes to fighting. They never call instigators anymore, especially instigators with the visor, so this probably isn't all that surprising. He should be getting 10 games automatically, doesn't matter if it's Sean Avery or not.

Well, not to derail this thread, just a pet peeve of mine concerning rules that don't get properly enforced. It's clear the NHL is purposely turning a blind eye when it comes to fighting in order to garner more attendance. There's also the backlash that would undoubtedly come if Peckham gets a far more substantial punishment than Avery. NHL is playing politics, plain and simple.

Anyway, back on point. Peckham sucks. But hey I shouldn't be arguing against you picking him up now should I?

Urgh...just when Fleury seemingly has it together Halak falls apart.

I shall refrain from mentioning the one goalie who HASN'T shat the bed as of yet so as not to jinx him.

Don't feel too bad,I'm near the top of a huge $100 NFL pickem pool and I forgot to put my picks in this weekend so I'll get the lowest score of the week thus pretty much knocking myself out of the running for the $2500 year end total prize :fffffuck:
