Although I read some comments from Caps message boards saying that neither the Caps nor Canes would beat the Isles. I can't believe Caps fans would say that. They won the frigging Cup last year. The Islanders.... getting respect??? WTF is this?

I've had a soft spot for the Isles for many years, so this is as perfect of a time as ever to jump on the bandwagon!

Went 4 for 8 in terms of teams picked (Boston, Dallas, St. Louis, and Carolina), but my bracket falls completely apart from there.

2 out of 8. Watching all the games in that round as a neutral was hockey heaven. I just hope that Round 2 even comes close to matching the fun in Round 1.
