Washington were top 3 in the east for the entire season. On Dec 31st the Pens were in 9th. Spent 2 months in 8th, and from March 2nd to March 31st they jumped from 8th to 3rd in the east. You all know how much I hate them, but they were almost unbeatable in March/April, and now, May as well. Talk about peaking at the right time! Washington blew their load on the wrong trophy.
