2 months old. I can't imagine how this must feel for him. Very sad.

Cause of the death is unknown as of this time.

His first child had the same respiratory illness as well, and his wife had life-threatening complications of her own with a miscarriage. At least the article says the first kid is healthier now.

Saw him in game action last night for the first time in a while...poor guy was definitely not on his game. But hey, can't win if you don't score any goals.

Avs fans on HF have a ton of hate for the guy and I can't see for the life of me why. If not for him NO WAY do we make the playoffs in '08, let alone beat Backstrom and the Wild in the first round (something we seem to REALLY have trouble doing of late). I really love the Avs fans who rationalize that if David Aebischer had stayed in Colorado he would have been far more successful. :roll:
