Well don't think you make it as a 5'8" goalie without some solid technical and game reading knowledge and ability so maybe he will be a good coach.

Irbe is a warrior. He probably can't teach heart, but might be good just to have him around hoping his fighting spirit rubs off on them - we know Theo could use some (if this wasn't a contract year).

One thing I picked up from him is that you frame your save and try and make it look as easy as possible as to not give the opposition the feeling like they are getting close. Kinda the anti-Roy I guess.

So far results not so great. Neither Caps goaltender has looked exactly stellar thus far.
