Holy fucking shit, wow. I didn't watch this game, but checked the score periodically and took a break at 3-0, only to come back when it was 4-3 Isles.

That has to be on purpose, doesn't it? Either for tanking purposes or to get Tortorella canned? I honestly don't think most teams could pull that off if they tried.

They do keep finding a new bottom. 7 goals in a period is something they've done twice in franchise history, last time was in 1985. Glad they're getting good practice in at tanking, should be very good at it for next year when it really matters.

Nope. They're just that bad. Any sniff of adversity and they're done. A power play goal against. Then a 5-3 against and poof, it's gone. Giving up goals seconds apart is the trademark of this franchise. 5 straight penalties in the 3rd. Who would do that on home ice?

Damn, when the non Nucks fans start slowing down and commenting like it was a car accident on the side of the road you know it has to be bad. At least Boring as Heck distracted me from the severed limb and excessive bleeding for a minute.

This team has clearly tuned out Torts -- it's every man for himself. Has been since the turn of the year.

Is that record time for the tune out of a coach? :lol:

Botch was saying they were reviewing the requirements and expecations surrounding 'the forecheck' the other day. Guys, the season's almost over......
