Brendan Shanahan was a player for Lamoriello's Devils as recently as 2009. 6 years later as President of the Leafs, he has hired Lamoriello, previously President and GM of the Devils for 29 years, to be the GM of the Leafs. Fucking weird. |

One thing is for sure...this will cost Toronto an assload of money when Lou cans Babcock after 2 or 3 seasons. Lamoriello is like the last GM that you hire a coach prior to hiring as your GM. |
