I could be wrong, but I think he is referring to the fact that Horton is injury prone and always injured and has had re-occurring injuries, where Clarkson has no injury prone type injury. Of course, any hockey player can get injured, it's more I guess if they are the injury prone types like Bolland and Lupul to name a few.
Yeah Clarkson would have the same injury concerns as like, Rick Nash or something. There'd be no issue securing insurance for him. Horton would stick out.
I remember The Isles ran out of insurance options with Rick DiPietro at one point.
