Be glad the ref didn't feel more strongly about the incident. Peca got an automatic 10 game suspension after he grabbed a ref's arm to argue a call. The ref deemed Peca have committed a "category two" offence, a more egregious one but not full on beating, I guess. Upon appeal, it was reduced to category 3, called "physically demeaning" conduct, which carries an automatic 3 game suspension. To save the ref some face, they made it a 5 game suspension.

So Grabovski got called a category 3 offender.
