I've heard this, too and I think it's a brilliant move. Owning the content (Leafs, Raptors and the ACC) means that they can give subscribers more reason to pay for that broadband, and more importantly, gives them a compelling reason NOT to switch. I wonder if they'll equip their customers with free wifi at games so that they don't choke their 3G and 4G networks.
