High-sticks comparable to that one are missed all the time -- there have been far more egregious controversial calls with a much more direct impact than that one many times since.

The fact that after this event the Leafs had a game 7 at home and lost makes it absurd that anybody would try to say this call cost the Leafs a Stanley Cup.

I was about to say we're Canucks fans, of course we can understand your pain but then I remember you had Ballard. We've never actually had an owner who held a grudge against his team and fans so I defer to your pain. You win sir! :suicide:
