Yeah have a somewhat bureaucratic ownership entity can certainly make for a very indecisive bunch (re: Atlanta), but I don't see how well getting a "face" has helped some franchises. The Oilers got Katz and the Sens got Melnyk. How has that helped them thus far? Golisano is the most faceless "face" I think I've ever seen in professional sports. So long as the ownership is willing to dole out the money and not be meddlesome (as Melnyk invariably is) then I think "faceless" ownership
