So 53% of the Habs' opening night payroll will be sitting out tonight. Markov, Gomez, Gio, Gill, Jaro, AK, BGL, etc. etc.

SK might miss the game as well. David Desharnais gets the call from Hamilton, meaning even with him only 17 Habs will dress.

Crozzers always plays the Habs well. He not only scored the goal and had another chance, but he also backchecked, prevented a Habs goal.

Considering both team's D today, I suspect the stars will have plenty of chances tonight. Then again, Fleury and Price are both amazing.

Well, an expected loss, but they competed somehow. 3-1. Fleury made a great save on O'Byrne shorthanded... if that goes in, this could've been very interesting down the stretch.

And Pacioretty went off limping. Jesus H. Christ.
