AKA The Battle of Union College alumni (Carr vs. Gostisbehere)

Smith-Pelly over Andrighetto tonight, which hasn't really worked. DSP's just about out of chances to prove he's an NHLer.

Galchenyuk is the Habs' best forward tonight, as he was most nights during Gallagher's absence. Needs a winger, though.

Subban continues to look lost on the PP. His shot looks weaker this season.

3-2 Flyboys after 40.

Too little too late for the Habs, who scored a late one to bring it to 4-3. Brutal performance against a bottom feeder after trouncing the B's outdoors.

I think DSP's time with the Habs is coming to an end. Carr has four goals in eight games and really should keep his lineup spot.

Anyways, Habs done their roadtrip from hell and they're still sporting a decent record. No word on Price yet.

Habs need a scoring winger or two.

Eller should be the third line centre. He's a winger right now because of lack of depth. After a decent start Desharnais is back to falling down every shift.

Plekanec has been a ghost since signing the extension.

Therrien needs to reduce Markov's minutes and give him back his PP time.

Andrighetto ought to play.

Anything else?

Bergevin tried to patch up RW with Semin and Kassian and it failed spectacularly. The last time the Habs looked like a true Cup contender, Vanek and Gionta were on there alongside Gallagher. Now it's Gallagher and Weise with the hope Carr and Ghetto can contribute.

Parenteau's playing well for Babcock. Hm.
