Emery should be suspended for 10 games. I'm using 10 instead of 5 because that would at least be 3 starts for him. Comes the length of the ice and jumps a star, Olympian caliber player who refuses him several times.

Emery didn't start the game so maybe a coach player selection fine? jokes aside they should suspend for jumping guys that have not warrented it.

I feel like we don't talk enough about just how awful and short-sighted that Van Riemsdyk/Schenn trade was.

It's a GM firing worthy move. And it was a bad move at the time.

If they aren't going to fire him, shouldn't someone in Philly at least beat the crap out of him?

Wow...were the Schenn brothers and Staal brothers trades only a day apart?

Anyhow, this team even on a good day looks like Claude Giroux and a bunch of grinders. They'll definitely be in the running for top picks this year and next.

Giroux hasn't scored yet this year though.

Them golf injuries are tough to bounce back from. Ask Erik Johnson.

What a train wreck. This forum hasn't seen this much action before, even when they went to the Cup finals.

I don't know. When Butch was trying to pick up sw there was a bit of action going on here.

True, but it was mostly pics of wrestlers. And I still think there is more action now. And certainly greater poster-diversity. :-) And more positive reactions.

He was that bad with Toronto for most of his time there. He had like, one acceptable season.

Well, if ever there was a team you could ease a guy back in the lineup with, it's the Oilers.
