Seriously, if anything out of the two the Heritage Classic is the one that is not a joke because at least you know it will be cold enough for outdoor hockey and won't be raining. Maybe Av has them confused?

No, actually I'm not. The only problem I have with the Heritage is scheduling, specifically the one last season that saw both teams playing on slush. Way too late, even in Canada, to play outdoors like that.

I dont' have any problems whatsoever with the NHL holding an outdoor game, though IMO they should only have one.

I wasn't really serious about the Heritage Classic being a joke, I just think there should only be one outdoor game a year. Still not sure why either are "a joke" though.

Pretty big contingent of friends made it out from Montreal and some good Calgary peeps as well. Game itself was fun but by the 2nd period I was dying, I have been in California too long to handle that weather!
