I was going to put this in News of the Odd but given the importance of the Suez Canal on world trade, I think this one gets its own thread.

Suez Canal is blocked by one of the world's biggest container ships, Ever Given. 400m long and can carry 20000+ 20 foot containers. That's right. Over 20000.

It's movements drew a cock and balls on the GPS, I don't think its been revealed if that move was on purpose.

cAnal blocking... :laugh:

We used to go to a rink near a development that was called Canal Acres or something like that. Shrubs had grown over the C so the signed looked like it said ANAL ACRES. Used to chuckle every time.
