How does everyone feel about spicy food?

I love it. I started buying chocolate habaneros and dropping them in my picadillo recipe. Last night I outdid myself, making it so spicy I got hot flashes. My favourite soup around town is an extra-spicy laksa at a Singaporean spot. I need a pile of napkins to wipe my forehead just to get through a bowl.

I usually have about 7-8 hot sauces in my fridge at any time: usual suspects Frank's Red Hot for buffalo chicken night and sriracha for extra kick, but also a sweet. tangy one for certain recipes, Valentina for scrambled eggs, and usually a couple of fancy ones for special occasions. Pepper Palace makes a good one. Got a Boukman sweet one I like but can't find anything that goes with it other than ribs, which I rarely make.

Always down to try new recipes if anyone has.

I like spicy food, not as much as when I was younger. Southern Indian, Northern Mexican and Szechaun can overwhelm me if not toned down.

Try your scrambled eggs with miso instead of the hot stuff, its divine.

This is a great standby: Ching's midnight dan dan noodles

I'm not a big fan of Frank's Red Hot; I prefer a nice green habanero sauce on most things. My secret shame is an addiction to A-1 Bold and Spicy which I have not found in Canada; A-1 also makes a nice smoky chipotle sauce which can be a nice alternative. I like most chili oils, sriracha, and the like. We usually add those to everyday meals... Of course, being Filipino, I also enjoy a spicy vinegar (sukang maasim) with my chicharron. Typically, I need a couple of napkins to wipe the sweat off my scalp. We're growing our own fresh herbs and that's been life-changing from a flavor perspective.

We have a propane firepit that we bought on the cheap that we've been using for a couple of summers now. This year, we acquired a cast-iron griddle that we use to make home-style Korean BBQ. It's awesome...

Being in a hispanic family heat and spice is the mainstay (and I have been trained to love it...mmmmm green chile and beans). Unfortunately, my Irish Euro side has kicked in and I have developed fat man GERD or heartburn as I've gotten older and this can set it off.

I do like my Ramen super spicey! So Yay I love it but Nay the pain tells me no.

Yum. I like heat, sometimes I can handle it better than others. My mother-in-law(Pakistani) actually cooks stuff spicier for me. There used to be a dish that they made at their Tandoori restaurant called Bihari Kabob, which they couldn't believe that I ate without yogurt.

If you are anywhere near a Pakistani tandoori restaurant and like spicy, I cannot recommend getting Bihari Kabob enough. Make sure to get the beef, but unfortunately not many places have it.

Honestly my favorite sauce of all time is this one.

One time, Anam and I threw like 2/3 of a Jalepeno, seeds and all, into a chili we were slow cooking. It was nearly inedible. Slow cooking a jalepeno with the seeds...holy fuck does it generate an insane amount of heat.

I used to like pretty spicy foods, but age and an ulcer have told me to lay the hell off of it. :(

LOVE spicy food, I'm always game for trying out the various hot sauces at a given restaurant, but age and ongoing acid reflux problems have forced me to cut back on the more adventurous foods out there.

I thought I didn't handle it well but then my whiter-than-white-bread friend once tried some chips and salsa I was eating and nearly keeled over so I guess my Korean side makes me a little more tolerant. My mother could eat just about anything spicy without flinching.

Can't do ghost pepper cheese anymore, which is a shame because I really liked it.

True, and while it is not wise for me to do I will eat an entire bag of jalapeno kettle chips in one sitting if I'm not careful.

Yep, them's the ones. The sea salt and vinegar flavor is a close second.

Things that you don't expect to be spicy but can be had in spicy form are always deadly. Like chips.

There's a popular Haitian peanut butter brand in Montreal. They've got at least 3-4 levels of spiciness. The top one is too much for my PB&J.
