He doesn't have much of a choice--the Sens are one sorry-looking outfit right now, and with Michalek out indenfinitely, well...

It's a shame, he's 37 and still playing at an elite level. He deserves better than to have his team stripped and rebuilt around him seemingly every season.

Alfie made his bed with the team. He said he didn't care if he went his career without a championship, he just wants to be a Senator.

But he's shown an incredible healing ability the past couple of years. Remember when he missed 8 days due to knee surgery a couple years back?
