Nine losses in their last ten games.

Plekanec hasn't scored in 21 games.
Pacioretty is ice cold.
PK has one goal this season.
Weise's good fortune has run out.
Desharnais is doing nada.
Emelin is a giveaway machine.
Condon is [insert joke here]
Semin's in Russia. Kassian's done.
Nobody's hitting. Nobody's driving the net.

Carr is scoring. That's about it. Oh, and Tinordi is actually holding his own.

Therrien's line juggling has been nothing short of disastrous. Bergevin thought Semin/Kassian could be a cheap way to find a scoring RW. Now that Gallagher's out we're truly screwed on the right side.

Bergevin needs to add a right winger.

Therrien needs to go back to Max-Pleks, Eller-Chuckie, DD-Flash
Carr's won a spot. I'd like to see him and Sven in the lineup at the same time.
Emelin needs to sit for a bit. Tinordi-Pateryn could work.

Bergevin always talks about character, but right now our team leadership largely consists of guys who fold when the going gets tough. Pacioretty and Plekanec need to step up in other ways if they can't score.

Character? Gimme goals. I'm not convinced Semin was a lost cause. I don't know about Kassian behind the scenes, but if he finished the program why not give him a shot?

Lines should be:

Pacioretty-Plekanec-Carr
Eller-Galchenyuk-Andrighetto
Fleischmann-DD-Weise
Flynn-Mitchell-Byron

I haven't seen many games in the last three weeks, but watched a lot prior to that. I know the injuries are hurting and it may have been luck getting through the first few weeks of the injuries, but has Condon been that bad? The goal scoring has dried up, and the bits and pieces that I have seen in the last few weeks is Tokarski has been brutal, when he has been in. The lines you post would definitely fit the bill till Galagher gets back.

Is Therrien to carry any blame??

I think he should for tonight's loss. Kept throwing Desharnais and Pacioretty out there even though DD was a giveaway machine and Max is clearly not skating at 100%. Galchenyuk and Eller are forechecking hard and basically got glued to the bench.

Yeah, the minute Gallagher was gone Patches has sucked balls.

As I mentioned, I've missed a lot of games the last few weeks, but have noticed in a lot of games the Habs have outshot the opposition. Have the goalies been that good or the Habs just firing into the goalie.

A lot of firing. Without Gallagher the team is lacking in someone willing to crash the net. All of Carr's goals have been from the crease area, so it's no surprise he's been the only one producing during this dry spell.

Weise and Smith-Pelly have been especially disappointing in that regard, because they're the supposed sandpaper-with-hands guys. Both have been complete ghosts.

After the roadtrip from hell, the Habs won their first game of an extended homestand 2-1 against the Devils.

They're starting to play boring hockey again, which is usually what happens when a team gets spooked from a losing streak.

Or when anyone plays against the New Jersey Devils.

Galchenyuk's girlfriend arrested for punching Alex: http://montrealgazette.com/news/local-n ... ase-report

It was at 8 a.m. after the Saturday loss to Pittsburgh. Chucky was at his apartment with DSP and "other guests." The assumption is, of course, that the teammates were entertaining some ladies when the GF arrived unannounced.

49 shots against the Blooz and they still lost.

It's not a coaching issue; it's personnel. Not enough finish.

Habs are 4-15-1 since Dec. 2. What a disaster.

The Habs let Gionta, Vanek and Gallant walk and never replaced them. Barely gave Parenteau a shot and bought him out, only to replace him with Kassian and Semin. Now they've got no one. Bergevin has decimated the wings.

They have too many centres right now. Desharnais should be behind Plekanec, Galchenyuk and Eller on the depth chart, but is still the 2nd line centre, where he's been floundering for two months. There's no place for him, but they've moved Chuck/Eller to the wing to make up the lack of size/scoring on the wing.

The lines are imbalanced.

Drouin?

It's too bad Pat Quinn isn't available. If anyone knows how to handle a team with too many centers, it's him.

They just need price back.

Goals against average / save percentage have gone the wrong way.

As has shooting percentage.

They are playing differently without Carey.

They lack confidence.

Clutch their sticks too tight and just can't fucking score.

Drouin wouldn't hurt. He might play 15 minutes a night. They need the best player in the world back. He typically plays 60.
