First time in franchise history. Yup. Hard to believe.

I don't want to get ahead of myself, because Price is still bailing them out and the powerplay is putrid, but 5-0.

7-0.

Last team to give up only seven goals in their first seven games? The 58-59 Wings.

This team is pretty damn good so far.

And all the pundits are saying the same thing.

Kiss of death for them come play off time...

Just send the Stanley Cup to Montreal right now. No way this team is losing next spring, the season is over.

Habs lose a couple out West, but quickly turned it around and clobbered the Flames and more importantly, the big and skilled Jumbo Jets.

Price is out for the week, but new backup Mike Condon is leading the league in GAA and Save Pct, so no biggie for now.

Habs have 50 goals after 13 games. Four guys in the top-20 in scoring: Makov, Plekanec, Subban and Desharnais.

Habs players are dominating plus-minus: seven of the top 10 are Habs
