Are we on the verge of a Wood Thread?

http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/art ... 8f3c3becb3

Dude backstops the Wylde to back-to-back wins, giving up exactly one goal in two games, and had all of three goals total as support. It'll very likely get him another start against the Canucks Thursday.

FOUR!

Backstrom will get the start against the Flamers next, but I think we're seeing a changing of the guard.

Another win...and look: The Wylde are FIRST in the league!

Without a doubt the best goaltending tandem in hockey right now.

The Wild also had Germany's national team goalie as their #4 goalie, but he went to Sweden because he wasn't getting starts in the AHL behind Hackett.

I can't see how Harding stays with the Wild unless they dump Backstrom by the entry draft.

Winless in the last 4. Injuries are killing a lineup that wasn't terribly deep (except in goal I guess) to begin with.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually...like...this Wylde team. Still not sure how Yeo gets it done with that blueline corps though. Is Jared Spurgeon a legit top-4 guy!?

Kicking a wall does not appear high on the list of things a smart man, let alone pro athlete, should do.

If I had a contract making millions of dollars and had a medical history like him, I'd pretty much bubble wrap myself when not on the ice.

This is right up there with throwing things at your Flat screen and cutting the ECU wires on your vehicle! Not too bright!

Shoots right. According to every announcer/colour guy around the league, the Wings will be interested.
