Also, former Vancouver Giants forward Kenndal McArdle placed on waivers. He was on the Giants team which won the Memorial Cup in 2007. A first round pick by FLA in 2005 (20th overall), he can't stick with the big club and looks to be a long line of first round busts.

Well-deserved. I think if the Panthros can stick with the game plan, they should win more than their share in the SW.

You mean SE, right? No worries I do the same thing with the NW and NE divisions.

As for winning their fair share...hmmm, not so sure. The Caps are still elite, Tampa appears to be much-improved, and Atlanta could make waves assuming their goalie can remain conscious during games. The team is definitely hard-working but they're still in the midst of a rebuild, and I think they'll wear down soon enough.

Kinda sad about McArdle. I was rooting for the guy. I read somewhere that he has a really bad stuttering problem that gives some people the impression that he's not very intelligent. Guess it just wasn't meant to be. It's too bad he's likely out while that overpaid waste of time Olesz remains.

Pretty poor timing for that quote: Olesz has 2 goals, 5 points (all at even strength) and is +5 through 4 games.

All part of the plan to get you to post in here... :awesome:

In all seriousness I'll eat my crow when I see him play a full season AND put up reasonable numbers. I know he's not supposed to be this huge scorer but thus far he has not lived up to the contracts both Keenan and Martin gave him.
