I'd be pretty certain he will play again tonight in Vancouver against the Ducks. The reality is that the Canucks need him at his best come playoff time, he's always been better when playing more (and, by extension, worse after a bit of time off), and there just aren't enough games left in the regular season to put much rest in there for him and still have him ready to go in the playoffs. Letting him work through it (and he's good enough to do so) is the only thing Vingeault can realistically do here... plus he generally has very good bounce-back games.

Just got this from Sportnet.ca via email:

Andrew Raycroft will start in goal tonight vs. the Anaheim Ducks.

No no no!!!!

The time to start Raycroft is passed. He should have started against the Oil. Lou should start tonight.

Agreed... I feel like Vigneault is voluntarily passing up a bounce-back opportunity. Perhaps Luongo told him he is hurting a bit, I dunno.
