Conk's played well including one great pad save on a cross-crease feed.

Samuelsson set up Zetterberg for the first goal threading the needle from behind the net to Z on the doorstep.

Detroit goes up 2-0 on a nice give and go between Hossa and Datsyuk, who then fed it to Holmstrom on the doorstep for his 6th on the season, at least one in each game.

Wagner high-sticks Franzen, Detroit to the PP.

Rafalski loads up Lidstrom for the one-timer and Lidstrom just fucking hammers it right over the head of Legace, who was screened by Holmstrom.

Holmstrom is nuts.

Quarter(thousand) Pounder scores on the PP. Stuart really weak on him in front.

Do we have some sort of icon of a smily eating a burger?

Lidstrom throws it into the middle where nobody is, Blues come back, Boyes comes out of the box and buries it top shelf on Conklin :x

Conklin with a big stop. Whoever that Blue was couldn't put it over his leg.

Screw off Perron trying to push Conklin into the net.

Nice win on the road for the Wings. The Red Wings still have some problems stopping the power play and holding out the last minute goalie pull situations. They seem to lack concentration at other moments too. I.e, Lidstrom's pass into the middle for no one with Boyes breaking from the penalty box for St. Louis' 2nd goal. Conklin was nice and solid. None of the Blues' goals could be considered soft. Rafalski set a Red Wings defense record by scoring in six straight games to start the season. He passed Lidstrom and Larry Murphy who had five games each.

Zetterberg and Samuelsson celebrate Zetterberg's goal.

Franzen and Kariya fight for the puck.
