http://www.nhl.com/ice/preview.htm?id=2 ... sb:previewTried to use "Goloubef" in a pun. No dice.
Anyhow, the post-lockout, post-holdout, post-offer-sheet Avalanche take to the ice for the first time against the team that would've had Ryan O'Reilly had the Avs decided not to match. Should be interesting.
The local rag is trying to mine/manufacture drama however they can, from citing a possible rift between Duchene and O'Reilly to Sacco using O'Reilly on the third line instead of putting him on a scoring line because his salary justifies it. Never mind the fact that he hasn't played hockey at all since January, putting him on the third line must mean the organization hates him and wants to punish him.
Anyway...good to have him back. Now start winning.
