The front office staff should be in jail. The NHL is showing there true colours. Gary doesn’t care about anyone but himself. This is absolutely disgusting that the NHL is doing nothing

The Hawks trade for Seth Jones and hand him a 9.5M AAV, 8 year deal. That's a lot.

Friedman in his latest pod echoed what a lot of people were thinking with that dog-and-pony show at the draft, surrounding himself with women (and also having them all dress the exact same which was kinda weird) to announce the pick. Looked like a bunch of human PR shields.

No earthly idea why, but the Hawks opt not to qualify rookie forward Pius Suter, who played pretty well for them in an otherwise forgettable season.

Probably found out he volunteers at a women's shelter. Can't have that kind of person around the Blackhawks!

Apparently Fleury found out while scrolling through Twitter. That's fucked up of Vegas.
Fleury's agent says he's considering retiring instead of going to the Blackhawks. Could be a ploy to try to get traded to a more desirable destination.

After some arm twisting, Fleury is all smiles as he reports to Chicago.

Really have no idea what to make of this quasi-reset. Keith and Seabrook are gone for good. Toews is back. Jones and Fleury in. Worst 5v5 team in hockey last year.
