That's pretty.... Pretty fugly! Very confusing direction for this team. It's like they are trying to see who the really real fans are.

Because if one yellow is great two shades of yellow must be fantabulous?

Indeed.

The double yellow had distracted me so much I hadn't noticed the gray section on the sleeves. This is eerily reminiscent of the Grey Poupon Nashville jerseys. They were pretty good jerseys- for me to poupon!

They do look like a kids' league jersey.

Buffalo going the "co-captain" route again. Ott and Vanek get the C.

Before Ott came around I thought Vanek should be captain (instead of Pominville). Ott deserves it too. Ott will wear it on the road and Vanek at home. I don't have a problem with this. Ehrhoff is the alternate.

Ville Leino made it almost thirteen whole minutes into the first game of the 2013-14 season before getting hurt.

Co-Captains is like having sister-wives. Commit & pick one.

Frankly I'm not sure why in hell Miller is still in Buffalo. The minute Enroth was signed to an extension he should've been shipped out.

So what happened to Miller?

*sigh* it's going to be a long few years...but at least there are new jerseys

but just think how good you'll be with all those elite draft picks, its worked out really well for Edmonton. :)

A lottery pick will do this team some good.

I guess Rasmus will get sent back to junior at nine games? Ditto Zadorov (who I guess is hurt right now)?

Are Girgs and Grigs anything? They used some decent draft picks on them. Larsson could be a gamer. Armia playing?

Deal Stafford ASAP. Miller's value was higher in the summer. Vanek? Might as well keep him for now.

Myers? Oh boy. Past the point of no return with him?

I wish Myers would get dealt so all the moronic Avs fans calling for Colorado to trade for him will finally shut the hell up (but...but...he just needs a change of scenery!). Maybe he does, but I'd rather see what we have in the system before trading for a contract that horrendous. The word on TM is that he beats himself up after every little mistake. Don't know what you do for that. He's now on his second coach and only getting worse.

If they keep Rasmus up then they learned nothing from their monumental blunder with Grigorenko.

Again I ask, how in the hell does Darcy Regier still have a job at this point?

Myers in Colorado (or Edmonton) would be an insane gamble. It could work out brilliantly, obviously, but it's not like he'd be free from pressure. He'd be seen as the missing piece for both those clubs to vault them from the basement to pretty much the penthouse. Meanwhile, if he were to go to say, Washington or San Jose, he could probably slide in nicely without rocking the boat too much and try and rebuild his career/reputation on a team that is looking to win now. If he went to Edmonton or Colorado and they didn't start winning now, he'd be seen as a complete bust.

If only the Flyers had enough assets/cap space to land both Miller and Myers.

In one fell swoop they could acquire the goalie they've always needed and a potential replacement for Pronger (emphasis on potential).

Oh, and Erik was asking about Armia--apparently he's in the NHL. Well, technically speaking. Broken hand, out indefinitely.

Eventually he's supposed to head to Rochester...but if things keep going south they may need him to play in the big leagues.
