Seems to be some shuffling in the net. They shipped Vladar off to the Flames and signed Linus Ullmark. They are saying there is still interest in Tukka but I am not buying it (lip service). So that must mean that Swayman is the man now. At least for the first half of the season even if Tukka does get re-signed and rehabbed from his hip surgery.

Resigning Mike Reilly was appropriate...and Taylor Hall was acceptable.

Word is a bit conflicting on Krejci...some people say its done some don't....but I don't see anything official. So I am going with its not done yet. Barring a salary move I don't see how they fit Tukka or Krejci in now.

Second line Center is going to be interesting without him. Does Coyle step up? Does Studnicka fit in there? I guess we'll see.

Not going to go into the minor league moves.

Nick Foligno comes aboard as well as Derek Forbert from the Peg. Erik Haula is also signed because we can't have enough folks at or beyond 30. :D

These moves which aren't earth shattering appear to be shoring up some depth. Management appears to be fairly content with Patrice, Brad and Pasta carrying the load again. How far Taylor Hall goes in relieving some of that in a full season remains to be seen.

Apologies for saying Krejci was a done deal earlier. Sounds like it's just a matter of when, but he's dealing with a personal issue or wants some space to decide about his future, something like that. He'll take a paycut to stay and it doesn't look like he wants to play elsewhere.

You're fine. I've seen this elsewhere too.

Not sure how much interest there is outside of Boston in a 35 yr old Center. It would seem rather silly to spend that money on Hall and have no one for him to ride with so I expect he does stay. Somebody needs to go though......all signs point to Debrusk!

So question....can they resign Tukka and immediately put him on LTIR?

Bruins announce proof of vaccine or negative Vid Test required to attend games at TD Garden this year.

https://www.tdgarden.com/playitsafe

All players and staff are vaccinated for the Bs.

Clearly getting ahead of the slacking Red Sox.
