That's a massive contract for him when he'll be 33 years old. Good for him. His best season has come at age 31, which is a rarity. Super healthy, consistent. How's this look for the Jets? Only 5 years, but will this get ugly quickly? |

The defence can get messy if they don't find low-cost replacements for Trouba and Myers. Morrissey is an RFA. Then there's Laine. They've got 50M committed next year, with Perreault as a potential moveable. A Laine extension might push that to 60M with only Big Buff signed past next season on D. |

cost of doing business. Yeah it has it's risk but that is how it goes now. |
