Will he make it in time to play tonight? I'm guessing if he does he will play RW on Duchene's line.

Oh...and take a freakin' wild guess who the Avs are playing tomorrow night?

Avs roar back with 4 unanswered after falling down 2-0 in the 1st to win it 4-3. Well, I guess one was "answered" or....aw whatever. Payback's a bitch!

Peter Mueller with his first goal as an Av! For the most part he looked lost, but that's to be expected when he had zero practice time with the team. What seemed more worrisome to me is that he seemed even less reluctant to get his nose dirty than Wolski was. Yeesh. Hope that changes real fast.

Anyway, we keep pace with the Canucks...but once again the Avs turn in a period of utterly putrid hockey followed by an honest effort the next two. 2 shots on Hiller in the first. TWO. Not gonna cut it against the Detroits and San Joses of the league.

BTW Anaheim, I get it, you're trying to get your coach fired. And you're doing a stellar job too. Glad we could help in your efforts...or lack thereof.

This was a good game from what I saw. Chris Stewart is almost worthy of wood and Duschene is really flying under the radar. I passed out cold watching that abomination of hockey from the Flames and Wild. And then woke up to watch the 3rd period of this game. Craig Andersen is just....WOW....sometimes.

We should take in another game before the season ends. Send me a PM.

At some point in time you will have to address the attendance issue.....11k for a Feb 8th game. Yikes.

Isn't that a good thing? ;)
