I don't know a lick of French so I'm not 100% sure what he's mad about here (I'm guessing this goal that got waived for GI), but man is he EVER...

What a piece of shit - dude acts like god and looks like he is about to have a stroke. It is really productive or healthy to anybody for Roy to get this wound up. He absolutely loses mind over a soft goaltender interference call?

So much for the goalie legion.

They waved off a Remparts goal because of goalie interference but the goalie was technically outside of his crease when the contact happened, hence Roy's anger. It's a tie game at the time, as well, so it cost them the lead and put the faceoff back in their zone.

Bah! What's wrong with the Cancel Culture around here? That's a guy with passion that obviously disagrees with the call. We need to start thinking about a stump burn with some puppers to get this place back in the game. :) Maybe the weed is too loud! ;)

I do really want Roy back in the NHL. I think he'll still ultimately fail as a coach or GM (or both) but he's just way too fun a personality.

I love P. Roy too. Dude should probably take it down a notch for his own health, but that's what made him a winner, I guess.

It is quite funny watching him freak out like that. Shades of Jim Playfair.

My God, that was one hell of a meltdown. Also, Jeff Marek with his mussed hair looks like he's 12 in that clip.

Patty actually played it pretty cool that first year (except for, y'know the very first game when he tried to push the glass partition onto Bruce Boudreau's head  ). Once Year Two rolled around and things went awry off the bat, he began to unravel. The culmination to me was him losing his shit over Duchene celebrating a goal in a game the Avs were losing. That to me was the beginning of the end of not only Roy, but also Duchene, in Colorado.

Again, I think he's got all the wrong ideas on how to win in the modern era, and I don't think he can keep his cool well enough, but I want him to get a chance to prove me wrong. At the very least, they could employ him to be another Don Cherry and just spout off on hockey however the hell he wants every week. I'd watch that.
