Av, did you mean for the Canucks or the Olympics? Anyways, Naslund ain't going to be an Olympian (he wasn't on Sweden's long list) and he says he's joining Modo to help them avoid relegation (they were in last) and help the team's bottom line. He also says it's not like he was missing playing hockey at all, he just felt compelled to help the local team out.

The Olympic team, not the Canucks, but I guess that point is moot. Apparently he and Forsberg have been playing well thus far.
