for what it's worth, Jack Edwards chose the Ollie Jokinen trade (before Ollie scored 2)
and Brickley chose the Recchi deal

I listen to CBC radio often & from what they were saying on Wednesday was that the Coyotes have grown more tired of his off-ice antics then the on-ice ones.

In addition, the Philly guy they had on (forget whom) described Upshall as being one of the most popular guys in the dressing room (yeah, that's what all the women say about me!)

Anyhow, the Flyers clearly did have cap woes with Briere coming off the IR (didn't he hurt himself again though?) & HAD to move somobody. With Upshall being an RFA .... that's why I continued to link him to the Leafs!

When all is said & done ... I had both of these guys linked to the Leafs!

Upshall AND a 2nd round pick for Carcillo seems steep though.

Both are good energy players; Upshall being the more skilled of the 2, though with less piss n' vinagear, but to include a 2nd rounder as well?
