To CHI: Dylan Strome, Brendan Perlini

To ARZ: Nick Schmaltz

Basically a change-of-scenery deal for a trio of players who haven't met expectations.

Not quite sure what Arizona is trying to do here though...are they looking to move Galchenyuk to the wing?

Both Stromes traded in like 10 days. Weird.

Schmaltz improved a lot in his second season. Strome hasn't done squat yet and Perlini doesn't have a ton of upside. This is a weird trade.

I believe anyone coming from the current Arizona team still has up side. They tend to be stat killers there.

Considering how well Domi has been playing in Montreal, you raise a good point.

Could actually be better for the Yotes in the end as Schmaltz probably has the most upside at this point of the proceedings, but suppose Hawks are hoping on a 2 for 1 deal.
