NJ Devils. Jack Hughes good mix of vets. CLIMB. Florida....Bob.....plus a good core of forwards. CLIMB. Avs...full season of Grube and the Beast plus super kids on the D.....CLIMB Stars....right additions in the offseason....CLIMB Toronto...this team is poised now.....CLIMB (or beyond Boston) Blue Jackets...key losses....FALL. Habs.........declining Price...middling lineup......FALL. Blues....No repeat...FALL Bruins....the system works but the whole thing only goes so far....FALL Sharks...depth and time taking its toll...FALL Toeing the Line: Caps....its the same old Preds...Duchy I guess Flames...same squad do or don't Definitely could see some new blood this year (Buffalo/Arizona). Teams not mentioned I expect to perform on par with the previous result (Vegas, NYI, ANH) Tampa obviously being the team to beat again this year. |
