Embedding this one doesn't seem to work for me but maybe it does for others. Anyway, can't tell if this is actually in a game or just a dude in warmup but it's pretty hilarious.

Absolutely brilliant move by David Leggio, who exploits the 'penalty shot if you deliberately knock the net off' rule to make a clean 2 on 0 into just a 1 on 0.

Nice try, Smith. Tim Peel or Mike Leggo weren't reffing this game.

Love the pile-on by the Yotes defender.

Not far removed from seeing one of the greatest NFL touchdown catches I've ever seen, this ranks up there as one of the greatest hockey goals I've ever seen.

Avert your eyes, Habbies.

Sask must love that it was Cowen who picked up coverage after he lost Macarthur. Watched it last night. Was wondering when/if he was going to lose the puck or shoot

The Wings were bad. Ericsson in particular was fucking awful. Wings also could have won the game on one of the two shorthanded breakaways by Helm and Glendening(like Glendening is going to score on Anderson though). Jimmy also made a couple of breakaway stops. He won the game for the Wings shaking off the rust. Nice to get that win after that 6-game stretch before the Buffalo win.

A team blows a 2-on-0 chance. You know exactly which team, too.

They look like Peewees. Both looking at each other and passing, not even looking at the goalie. Both converging on the middle without making the goalie have to commit far to one side.

Nice play by Parenteau there. Still rooting for the guy.

Um, what is it with the Blues and goaltenders? Ever since Cujo they've kinda sucked at drafting/developing/acquiring them.
